Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.


• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.


• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen management.


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and guests.
