As a newly launched restaurant, we are building a passionate and dedicated team to help establish our reputation for excellence. We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team and work alongside our skilled Sous Chef.

The Chef Role:

As a Chef at Franco’s Steakhouse & Grill, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in every dish.

Chef Key Responsibilities:

  Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with a strong focus on steaks and grilled meats.

  Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in stock management and inventory control.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to menu development and innovation.

  
  

Chef Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and steak preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Food hygiene and safety certification (preferred but not essential).

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for high-quality food and customer satisfaction.
