The Catering and Hospitality Division at Interaction Recruitment Northampton have been requested to source General Assistants, Kitchen Assistants and Chefs for a temporary to permanent contract based in Oakham, Leicestershire.
The requirements:
*Overtime available at the basic rate.
Typical contract:
*Pay c.£23000-£33000 negotiable depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
As part of the registration process with Interaction Recruitment, we will require the following:
The contract will run c.12 weeks via the agency being paid weekly for any hours worked the previous week between Monday and Sunday.
During your time with Interaction Recruitment, you will accrue holiday pay. This will be banked until you request it.
Once you've completed the first 12 weeks via our agency, you will be enrolled on the company payroll as a full time employee and be entitled to the following benefits and perks:
Commis Chefs and General Assistants will be offered c.£13.08 per hour. Qualified Chefs with solid employment history can negotiate their basic salary.
Preffered kitchen experience:
There will be 3 services per day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. No late finishes unless there is an event on. Each service between 60 and 80 covers.
