Role Overview:



We are seeking a skilled and reliable�Chemical Process Operator�to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and maintaining chemical manufacturing processes in line with industry and company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical handling, process optimisation, and safety procedures.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.




  • Adhere to all company and regulatory safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.




  • Perform quality control checks, documenting results and reporting any deviations.




  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimise downtime.




  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimise production processes.




  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch details, raw materials usage, and output.




  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.





Requirements:





  • Previous experience as a Chemical Process Operator or in a related field is preferred.




  • Strong understanding of chemical handling, safety protocols, and manufacturing processes.




  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.




  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.




  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and documentation.
