Our vision is to provide private banking-like services to serve the wealthy middle class with a focus on Chinese/Asian expat clients to cater their needs to open accounts, to assist their payment needs from everyday payments, international payments, large asset purchases and to get access to the UK’s world-leading financial services.We target a market that is under-served by traditional high street and private banks - wealthy middle class whose savings range from hundred of thousands to a few million.We also offer business account and payment services to UK corporations and help them scale up businesses both domestically and internationally.The OpportunityThis is currently a part-time role for a Chief Executive Officer at ZXTECH in London. The CEO will be responsible for leading the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing all operations and functions, and ensuring the company's financial success.Main DutiesResponsible for the conduct of the whole of the business (or relevant activities)Hold the senior management responsibilities as CEO and Executive Director, SMF 1 and SMF 3 to manage the relationship with the regulator. Act as a director of the firmPrimary spokesperson for communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities and the public if neededMaintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.Enforcing adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.Identifying and mitigating firm’s risk in everything from operation, tech, business, reputational legal or regulatory riskOversight of the firm’s financeResponsible for the firm’s financial planning and regulatory reportingReview financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvementsKey Skills RequiredFinancial reporting and financial planningManaging payments business while collaborating with partners and maintaining strong relationshipsStrong understanding in legal matters in the UK Structured approach in identifying gap analysis across the business to improve our operational processQualifications & ExperienceRequired - minimum of 10 years of management experience in banking industry with strong knowledge and understanding about the payments and financial industryExperience in dealing with the regulator is strongly preferred.Experience in dealing with contracts, terms and conditions, lawyers and legal departments are highly preferred. Good understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscapeKnowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.Personal QualitiesAbility to work well under pressureDedicated, focusedLeader and Team playerAble to think independently and creativelyAccuracy and an eye for detailSelf-driven with strong initiative, an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the flexibility and desire to grow a fast paced, successful companyPosition Summary:Job Types: Part-time Time: 3.5 days a weekTotal compensation: CompetitiveStart Date: ASAPOffice: Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London.
