Chief Executive Officer (Growth)

Animo Group has partnered with a pioneering legal technology company transforming the experience of acquiring litigation funding for law firms.They use innovative technology to streamline the process, offering diverse funding options for legal cases of all sizes. Committed to the principles of ISO27001 and ISO9001, we strive to ensure data security and quality service as we champion improved access to justice.As a Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Founder to review the existing business plan, identify new markets, put together a growth strategy for the business and produce a pitch deck for future investment opportunities.This role will initially be a 3-month project, with the view of moving to a permanent role.The Role:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including market penetration, expansion into new geographies, and the identification of new revenue streams (such as commercial litigation).Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, such as law firms, litigation funders, and legal tech providers.Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity.Oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions to drive revenue growth and market share.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth progress and ROI.What you'll need:Proven track record in scaling high-growth technology companies, within the legal sector.Prior experience within commercial litigation.Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.Deep understanding of the legal industry and the challenges faced by law firms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing legal technology company and make a significant impact on the industry.
