Chief Executive OfficerWelwyn Garden CitySalary Range £100,00 to £130,000 + bonus + pensionPartner Group are working with a well-established medium sized service company in Hertfordshire to appoint a successor to the Chief Executive Officer as a result of impending retirement. The company prides itself on the quality of high-volume products it delivers to customers and is consistently recognised for its high industry standards.This role is a key hire as it will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the business. The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board and shareholders, Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to develop the vision of the firm and ensure the delivery of its strategic goals.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the Board of DirectorsProvide leadership and direction to senior management and staff, fostering collaboration and employee engagementOversight of financial management and overall compliance and corporate governanceCultivate a culture of excellence and empathy, inspiring a team dedicated to sustainable success and outstanding customer serviceDrive the development of the business to achieve its strategic plan by designing and implementing detailed business plansRepresenting the business to key customers and external suppliers, attending industry events and being a spokesperson for any PR related mattersIdentify potential opportunities and threats to the company and provide appropriate solutions to support sustainable growth Make sound investment decisions to support the further development of the company and maximise the impact on customersThe successful candidate will have: Demonstrable experience in a senior managerial position, or established as a CEO or Managing Director Be a strategic, inspirational leader and team player, with experience of successfully implementing a visionAchieved success in an organisation delivering high-volume services or productsStrong understanding of finance and corporate governanceDemonstrated ability in supervising teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersInterested candidates should send their CV to Partner Group.
