Arnold Ash Group are exclusivelypartnered with an innovative cross-border payments provider in theirsearch for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the growth strategyfor their business. The role will oversee all areas of the businesswith a particular focus on Operations & Commercial as they embark onthe next phase of their exciting growth journey. The CEO will bejoining an established and profitable business with strong foundationsto build upon.
Our client are looking for a CEOwho;
Has worked in the sector, preferably at aNeobank or International Payments provider
Has led a businessthrough significant scaling (ideally from c. 100 to 500+).
Will arrive with a strong understanding of cross-bordertransactions and will have a strong network in the space.
Will have exposure to acquiring and operating on multipleregulated licenses across multiple jurisdictions .
Hasmanaged a diverse range of products across B2B & B2C; ideally inAccounts, FX, Crypto, etc.
This isopportunity will give an entrepreneurial leader the platform to scalea business under the guidance of a board of industry veterans.Building upon the strong foundations of the business, the CEO willlead a clear strategy to deliver growth, innovation and true globalmarket expansion.
This position can be based inLondon, or elsewhere with travel. The package is flexible but willinclude a proportionate options element aligned to the growthambitions of the business.
