Chief Executive Officer

Our Client
A rapidly growing, West Midlands-based tour operator with a fantastic reputation for excellence and quality of delivery. As they move in to the next phase of their growth plan, they are looking for a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to steer them through their next phase of growth and beyond.
The Role
You will lead and drive the growth of the business as it takes advantage of its excellent position in the market. Your overarching role will be to manage the senior leadership team, to continue to ensure the company's high standards and ethics are maintained, and to build a middle management layer that is fit to drive the business in to it's next phase of growth. You'll understand the B2B service industry and will be the figurehead for the organisation going forwards.
The Person
Educated to degree level, you will have a hands-on approach to leadership and be adept at leading and motivating all members of a business to success. You'll have incredible attention to detail as the organisation experiences high volumes at certain periods of the year. In addition, you will:
- have ideally worked in a private equity backed business
- be a strong leader from a business to business service organisation
- be comfortable with the process of making acquisitions of other organisations should the opportunity arise
