This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to steer the College through its next phase of growth and influence. Reporting directly to the Council and working closely with the President, the CEO will be the strategic and operational leader of the College, responsible for delivering the College’s mission to promote excellence in chiropractic care. You will be required to be very hands-on in the role and work with a small team in an attractive working environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term strategy that ensures the College remains at the forefront of chiropractic practice and education.Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient management of all College activities, including member services, educational programs, and research initiatives.Governance & Compliance: Ensure robust governance practices are maintained, and the College operates in full compliance with its Royal Charter and relevant regulations.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, healthcare organisations, and the wider chiropractic community.Advocacy: Represent the College at national and international levels, advocating for the chiropractic profession and influencing healthcare policy.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in executive roles within healthcare, education, or professional bodies.
