‘We pride ourselves on delivering unique events, equestrian venue consultancy and production expertise that surpasses expectations.’HPower Group, a global BAFTA award-winning event, equestrian venue consultancy and production company, seeks a dynamic CEO to lead and expand its operations.The Group creates and manages sporting, military and national commemorative and celebratory events worldwide. In equestrian venue consultancy, the Group provides a specialist consultancy service for a variety of live events. The role will be mentored by the founder, Simon Brooks-Ward, who will transition to Chairman.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability across global markets.Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients, particularly in international markets.Event Management: Annual events, including the Royal Windsor Horse Show, and the annual London International Horse Show in the UK plus a variety of additional events internationallyMarket Expansion: Drive the company's expansion into new markets, with a focus on the Far East where events such as the Hong Kong International Horse Show are hosted. Also, to contribute a lead to new initiatives.Commercial Viability: To oversee the commercial imperatives of the company, including the sponsorship, hospitality, retail units and public admissions. This involves strong relationship management with key clientsOperational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of events and services.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance to meet financial goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse, established and well-respected team.
