In equestrian venue consultancy, the Group provides a specialist consultancy service for a variety of live events. The role will be mentored by the founder, Simon Brooks-Ward, who will transition to Chairman. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li strong Strategic Leadership: /strong Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability across global markets. /li li strong Business Development: /strong Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients, particularly in international markets. /li li strong Event Management: /strong Annual events, including the Royal Windsor Horse Show, and the annual London International Horse Show in the UK plus a variety of additional events internationally /li li strong Market Expansion: /strong Drive the company's expansion into new markets, with a focus on the Far East where events such as the Hong Kong International Horse Show are hosted. Also, to contribute a lead to new initiatives. /li li strong Commercial Viability /strong : To oversee the commercial imperatives of the company, including the sponsorship, hospitality, retail units and public admissions. This involves strong relationship management with key clients /li li strong Operational Oversight: /strong Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of events and services. /li li strong Financial Management: /strong Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance to meet financial goals. /li li strong Stakeholder Engagement: /strong Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners. /li li strong Team Management: /strong Lead and mentor a diverse, established and well-respected team.
