Company Description Gutcare.org ltd trading as med care world is an well established healthcare insourcing company providing insourcing services for many NHS trusts across the UK. We are looking for an experienced candidate with good experience in the field and can lead the company to the next level. Insourcing to NHS Trusts is a rapidly expanding field and experience in this area is highly desirable Remuneration is £150K per annum or upwards based on experience Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer at GUTCARE.ORG (trading as med care world), United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's operations and strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills Strategic mindset with the ability to drive the organization forward Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred Experience in the healthcare insourcing industry is highly desirable Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
