Job Description Chief Executive Officer (Voluntary)
The Olive Project is a by and for charity based in Devon.Our aim to provide support to Black and Minoritised Victims and Survivors of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, to enable them to live free from harm and abuse.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and dedicated Chief Executive Officer to develop our work as a new charity.They will live our values of humanity, justice and accountability.
Salary: £45k per annum pro rota
Job length: Permanent
Location: Exeter Based with some travel around Devon and Cornwall

Leadership, strategy, and development:
To hold the direction of the organisation in line with our mission, vision, values and current operational targets
To oversee a thriving team culture with high quality line management and support systems for staff, trustees and volunteers.
