This is an exciting time for Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH), with a significant focus on investment and innovation, as well as a solid recovery following the challenges of the past few years. We operate three main hospital sites: Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital, and Montagu Hospital, along with several additional service sites. As our Chief Finance Officer, you will be a crucial member of the Board of Directors and Executive Team, responsible for shaping and implementing our financial strategy. Your portfolio includes Financial Management, Capital Projects, Procurement, Estates and Facilities, and Digital Transformation and Information. You will provide the very best leadership to these critical functions to ensure the Trust meets its financial obligations, improves operational efficiencies, and supports high-quality patient services through strategic investments and innovations. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working across our organisation and with our partners both locally and regionally.
