Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives and drive strategic decision-making. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and support ongoing operations. Implement effective cash management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. Financial Strategy: Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management to support business growth, expansion, and investment decisions. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and value creation. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Implement robust risk management processes and controls to safeguard company assets and interests. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards. Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks to uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability. Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders. Communicate financial performance, strategy, and outlook effectively to the investment community to maintain confidence and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and results. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling. Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions.
