Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Pharmaceutical Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) £200,000 - £250,000 We re delighted to be partnering with a leading private equity backed global pharmaceutical business committed to enhancing global health through innovative pharmaceutical products and services. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO to join the executive team and lead their financial operations globally. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health and driving the financial strategy. This role requires a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in PE backed businesses, managing complex, multinational organizations and M&A activities. The CFO will provide financial leadership, contribute to the strategic direction of the company, and ensure sustainable growth and profitability while working closely with the CEO and the private equity firm. Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Pharma-manufacturing or Biopharma space, specifically PE backed with exit experience and a deep understanding of working capital is the type of experience needed for this role. Qualifications: Qualified accountant required (ACA/ ACCA/CIMA). Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Proven track record in managing complex, multinational organizations. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
