Our new Executive Director of Finance will be a key member of our ambitious Executive Team, providing inspirational leadership. This is a wide-ranging and strategically impactful role ensuring our financial stability and viability. You will be a qualified finance professional with senior leadership skills gained in social housing or a similar, allied complex and regulated environment. With experience of leading a culture of performance and achievement, you will be a motivational team player with a people and customer orientated approach. A track record of driving continuous improvement is essential, as is the ability to work and thrive in a fast-changing, high performing, results-driven environment such as PA. It is critical our Executive Finance lead is an 'enabler' for the business, leading PA to deliver more for its customers and people, you'll bring to us an impressive track record of building and managing effective relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders. You'll have a naturally collaborative style that gets the best out of people, and your ability to provide focus, support, and challenge will be crucial.
