Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Salary: £180,000 - £200,000 per annum Bonus Equity Location: London or East of England Industry: Multi-Site Healthcare IH25635 About the Company: Finatal is currently working with a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare business, backed by a leading Private Equity firm. With a robust buy and build growth strategy, the company specialises in acquiring businesses with revenues between £2 - 20m. Currently, they operate with revenues of £50m and have ambitious plans to scale to £120m within the next 3-4 years, at which point they anticipate a strategic sale. Role Overview: Finatal is recruiting an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of the firm. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CEO, where the successful candidate will drive financial performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence to support the company's aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company s buy and build growth strategy. Provide commercial and strategic insights to support acquisition activities, including due diligence and integration processes. Work closely with the Private Equity investors to ensure alignment on financial objectives and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to support scalability and efficiency. Monitor and manage cash flow, funding requirements, and capital structure to support growth initiatives. Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial matters and business strategy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare for and support the company through a strategic sale process in 3-4 years. Qualifications and Experience: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience. Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a multi-site, high-growth environment, preferably within the healthcare sector. Experience working within a Private Equity-backed business. Demonstrated experience in buy and build strategies, including acquisitions and integrations. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence business outcomes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
