SF Executive have been retained by a private equity backed multisite consumer services business in Surrey - the business is hugelysuccessful and has EBITDA of c£8m and growing. The role will sit at Group level but closely oversee thefinancial performance of all trading businesses in very differentspaces. All business units contribute relatively equally to groupEBITDA. Without seeking to be clich d, the rolewill be a true business partner to The Board and will sit shoulder toshoulder with a hugely engaging CEO as the business continues to growand potentially go through some kind of equity transaction in the next18 to 24 months. In an ideal world, our candidatefor this role will be willing to spend the next 5 to 6 years with thisbusiness and take it through two investment cycles. Given all of the above, we are looking for a confident,communicative and resilient CFO who has already operated in astandalone role and ideally has led an exit transaction for investors/ private shareholders. Whilst the EV of said transaction is notimportant per se, precedence will be given to candidates who, as CFO,have led larger deals. Whilst in a modern,forward thinking organisation, the majority of the team are in theoffice most days and fully engaged in growing and developing thebusiness - as such you'll likely be based in London or the SouthEast and be happy and dare we say wanting to spend at least four daysa week in amongst it at the office. This is a bigrole within an organisation where you'll be continually challenged- but you'll have some fun along the way. Asignificant package and sweet equity pot will exist for the successfulcandidate - there will be a window into an interesting wealth creationopportunity.
