CFO - Reading (Hybrid x 3 days in office) - Salary circa £140,000 to £150,000 25% Bonus We are excited to be working with this PE backed B2B business in Reading as they search for their new CFO. Working alongside the CEO and a collaborative PE house, the CFO will offer strategic insight, support the leadership team, drive initiatives, manage projects, and contribute to a realistic growth plan. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to lead a valued finance function of a growing business, working with a supportive PE partner on one of their key investments. With current revenues of circa £160m, they are on an ambitious growth trajectory, already operating internationally across the UK, US, the middle east, and Asia and have growth plans of double digits of 2025. A bit more about the role Lead the finance team as a strategic business partner, overseeing all financial operations. Implement robust systems, processes, and controls to enhance strategic and operational value. Deliver detailed financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting at the highest standards. Drive the business's ambitious growth strategy under PE partnership. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the board. Manage working capital and cash flow effectively. Serve as a role model, fostering a high-performance culture within the finance team. Strengthen relationships with investors and business partners to promote business success and growth. A bit about you A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or Financial controller from a Privately-Owned Business. A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes and management information and financial reporting. Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills and be a skilled communicator.
