We are seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer to join a dynamic and rapidly growing CPG brand based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead and scale the growth function of a forward-thinking business.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Lead and optimise the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
- Manage and mentor the growth team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement effective growth strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and report on growth performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacking techniques, e-commerce technologies, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive.
**Key Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably within the retail & FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
