Do you want to be part of a real success story that will see you lead the HR strategy along with generalist HR operations of this fantastic Technology firm? Our prestigious client, a rapidly growing technology services firm, is looking for an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to lead their people team based in London.
The ideal candidate would need to have fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
The role includes:
Talent attraction and development
Retention of talent for the organization
Promoting a fantastic culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
You will help develop and implement the HR strategy and lead the HR operations of the organization. This would also include:
Performance management
Compensation and benefits
Employee relations and compliance
Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide HR advice in areas of workforce planning, succession planning, and workforce planning. Be part of the team overseeing the HR data and analytics helping assess the effectiveness of the HR programs and use data to make HR-related decisions.
Part of your remit would be to continuously look at performance improvement and innovation to keep updated on best HR practice and industry trends.
The experience you would bring with you:
Human resources CIPD or Masters in Human Resources degree
Extensive experience in senior HR-related role in a fast-paced technology/ IT industry
Experience with UK employment law and regulations along with the ability to form strong business relationships at all levels of the organization
Be able to think strategically and have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Have a strong track record in driving change and delivering results in a global arena
