Chief of Staff Opportunity : We are seeking a Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with the CEO. You will play a pivotal role in the management team, driving our mission to revolutionize the industry's approach to colour innovation and break free from the traditional reliance on petrochemicals and mineral-based dyes. As the Chief of Staff, you will provide strategic oversight to commercialization, supply chain integration, team management, and product development. Additionally, you will work closely with the founding team to develop the overall business strategy and set goals that align with our company's vision and mission. Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have : A minimum of 7 years in management with a proven track record of success. Prior experience in management within a start-up environment. Strong leadership skills and a passion for building and nurturing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in shaping processes and defining strategies to segment accounts. A structured approach to managing partnerships and prioritization. A proactive mindset with a relentless drive to achieve excellence. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An unparalleled work ethic and a high sense of urgency. Job Responsibilities As the Chief of Staff, your responsibilities will include : Actively participating in value creation by identifying opportunities for business model development, supply chain integration, and process improvement tailored to our early-stage operations in the chemical / textile recycling sector. Cultivating a focused pipeline of partnerships with innovative brands and chemical manufacturers to support our growth ambitions, revenue targets, and sustainability mission in the early stages of our company. Leading the negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships and pilot projects, while engaging with and aligning cross-functional teams internally and externally within the chemical industry. Developing and implementing growth strategies, including securing initial venture / strategic funding and grants specific to advancing our chemical innovations and scaling up operations. Driving technology integration into customer processes to enhance value and competitiveness, focusing on early adopters in the industry. Contributing strongly to developing a compelling value proposition of our chemical technologies / products, tailored to early-stage investors and partners. Leading the negotiation and execution of complex and impactful deals, while engaging with and aligning cross-functional teams internally and externally. Taking ownership post-contract for the success of the partnership, including proactively resolving business and technical issues, and serving as a passionate internal advocate for our mission and capabilities in the industry.
