Having established strong relationships with market leading brands the business is experiencing consistent high growth in customer acquisition & revenue numbers. They partner with a range of businesses providing an innovative platform that subsequently connects them with millions of customers. They have recently been commended within the PE portfolio as a key investment and are looking for an experienced COO to join their senior leadership team to help drive this International growth. /p p strong What you will gain: /strong /p p As the COO, you will work closely with the CEO and FD in translating business strategy into actionable steps for growth and scale. You will oversee the company operations, responsible for ensuring the business has one cohesive plan with shared goals. /p p You will work closely with the leadership team and senior managers to drive growth, retain customers, streamline operational processes, and to optimise the overall performance of the business. /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Oversee and optimise all aspects of operations, including technology, marketing, revenue, customer services, seller support and HR. /li li Lead a high performing team, ensuring employees are engaged, connected to the business mission, and invested in ongoing success. /li li Set the rhythm’ of the business, ensuring the business is working in a structured, collaborative, and accountable way. /li li Own companywide OKR setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. /li li Foster a culture of data lead decision making, transforming data into actionable insights. /li /ul p strong What background should you have before you press apply! /strong /p p Essential /p ul li Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer (or similar role) in tech business, having led a business though their scaleup phase. /li li A strong leader of leaders, capable of taking others on the journey’ and instilling confidence and energy. /li li Ability to manage change quickly when priorities shift (due to learnings) and role model this approach to other leaders. /li li Very organised and driven to deliver a common goal – keeping eyes on the prize . /li li Proven track record when it comes to prioritisation across a business. /li li Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. /li /ul p Desirable /p ul li Senior leadership experience in a founder led environment. /li li Led a business during international expansion. /li /ul p Please note that due to the expected volume of applications, we will only be able to respond to those candidates whose experience matches the requirements of our client.
