An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has a risen for a Chief Operating Officer to join an exclusive private equity backed Healthcare provider. They are looking to bring on board an exceptional candidate who can help drive the business forward and achieve the ambitious growth plans.The Chief Operating Officer will provide management support as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer, to relevant divisions across the organisation to enhance operations and service delivery. They will contribute effectively to strategic and business planning, to ensure clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership for the delivery of high quality social care services across the UK.Take responsibility for the financial and operational performance of your business units.In conjunction with the CEO, lead the process of developing the annual Business Plan for each business unit with the active participation of the Managers and other Head Office membersEnsure implementation of the agreed strategy and business plan across the CompanyRelationship management with major clients, governing bodies and stakeholders including PCT’s, Social Services, CQC, etc.A proven ability to drive performance improvement, whilst delivering growth.The ideal candidate will hold a similar position within a multi-site, regulated organisation, ideally within Health & Social Care or hospitality.This post will be subject to enhanced Criminal Records Bureau DisclosureIf you fit the above criteria and would like the opportunity to join this outstanding organisation please send a copy of your CV to ##### or contact Taniya Saharia directly.Please note: Due to volume of applications we might not be able to respond to everyone.
