Salary and Benefits Package: �85-100K - Depending upon relevant experience plus discretionary bonus of up to 30%

Chief Operating Officer (COO) - The Job Role Details: As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, improving productivity, and driving the company's growth and success.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic goals set by the leadership team.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
  • Foster collaboration between teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
  • Act as the right-hand person to the MD, managing internal operations.
  • Improve service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Optimise resource allocation to support strategic goals.
  • Oversee product manufacturing and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and develop management teams, conducting appraisals and succession planning.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications: You will have/be:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to engage in operational detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Experience in business operations, process improvement, and team leadership.
  • Passionate about efficiency, continuous improvement, and best practice implementation.
