The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a vital role in both the expansion of the company and oversight of daily operations. Overseeing a growing portfolio of commercial and R&D projects, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the marine industry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Oversee all operational departments and functions to include: Engineering, Project Management, QHSE, Facilities, Asset Management, Production and People.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other leadership team members [CEO, CCO, CFO, CSO], to develop and implement business strategies.
