The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of all decisions. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li strong Product Vision and Strategy /strong : Create and execute a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, focusing on long-term growth and customer satisfaction. /li li strong Innovation Leadership /strong : Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging the team to embrace innovation and challenge the status quo to deliver forward-thinking products. /li li strong Customer Experience Focus /strong : Lead efforts to improve customer journeys across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.
