Over the past few years, they have transformed gaming experiences globally, establishing themselves as industry leaders. Now, they are ready to build a world-class team and I’m helping them to find their new CTO.This business are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role which is absolutely pivotal for their growth throughout 2024 and beyond. In short, your role involves defining the technological direction of the business, overseeing the establishment (hiring) and leadership (management) of a top-tier tech team.As a crucial member of the executive team, your decisions will directly influence the success of their product and the expansion of their organisation.Responsibilities:Build a team of exceptional technical talent.Build, execute and supervise scalable and effective software systems and architecture.Build & manage a new sportsbook platformCollaborate with the product and design units for seamless feature integration.Formulate and handle the technology budget while optimizing resource allocation.Key Skills:A minimum of 10 years of experience within software development.Proven Igaming & Casino Industry experienceProven experience managing & leading technical teams.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Regional experience within the GCC is a huge plus but not required.
