Job Title: CTOCompany: Leading Decentralized Exchange (DEX)Location: Anywhere RemoteCompensation: $200-250k base DOE + equity (liquid tokens)Storm2 is currently working the second largest DEX in the world. After raising $8M+ in Seed, they are going through a hypergrowth stage, where they have hit $25b+ in transaction volume since their launch just last year, which in turn has led to exponential revenue growth.They now are looking for a CTO with a deep understanding of the trading space and a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction for our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.Hands-on Development: Lead by example with active involvement in coding, system architecture design, and complex problem-solving.Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Technical Expertise: Experience with low latency programming (ideally trading matching systems).
