Chief Technology Officer - Innovative Cross-Border Payments Scale-UpArnold Ash Group are exclusively partnered with an innovative cross-border payments provider in their search for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive their technical strategy and innovation roadmap. The role will oversee all aspects of Technology development, architecture and implementation across multiple product verticals whilst scaling the technical capabilities (and headcount) as they continue to expand.The Chief Technology Officer will;Develop and executive a comprehensive technical vision and strategy aligned to the business ambitions.Focus on leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.Deliver scalable, robust technology to support business growth and expansion.Provide leadership for a growing technology team, driving continuous improvement throughout.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors.Implement processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and delivery.Provide technical oversight in architecting highly-scalable, secure and reliable systems. Our client are looking for a Chief Technology Officer who;Comes with significant experience in Software Engineering leadership positions.Has worked in a scaling business (mid stage start-up or high growth).Has a proven track-record in delivering highly-available and reliable systems.Will have strong knowledge of core technologies for high-traffic, large-scale platforms and backends (AWS, .Net, React, Terraform, etc).This is opportunity will give an entrepreneurial Technology leader the platform to truly innovate and deliver best-in-class technologies. Building upon the strong foundations of the business, the CTO will lead this ambitious business into the phase of their journey with a view to to deliver growth, innovation and support global market expansion.This position can be based in London, or elsewhere with travel. The package is flexible but will include a proportionate options element aligned to the growth ambitions of the business.
