The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer in a start-up environment. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, software development, project management, and product development. The role is located in Greater London, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsSoftware Development and Product Development skillsExperience in Project Management and IT StrategyExcellent leadership and management skillsSolid background as a front-end and backend developer for websites, marketplaces, mobile apps and/or SaaS platformsSystem Architecture skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in the Online Marketplace industry is a plusPrior founder or co-founder experience is a plusResponsibilitiesContinuously assessing and optimise the platform performance, robustness, and future-proofness Establishing the AI/ML roadmapEstablishing with the CEO a roadmap for the enhancement of the Cocheero platform's functionalitiesContinuously evaluating emerging technologies, fostering innovation and maintaining high-quality coding standardsBuilding and leading a team of developersManaging IT budgetPre-requisitesEntrepreneurial spirit - A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth and tackling challenges in a start-up environmentStrong time management skills - The ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingStrong business management acumen - A deep understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to align technological initiatives with company goals.Hands-on Approach - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take immediate action, driving initiatives forward from day one.Genuine enthusiasm for the life coaching industry and a commitment to promoting well-being and personal growth.
