NextGen Teachers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a 4-form entry primary school in Leeds (LS9) for a qualified Childcare Practitioner. The chosen candidate will have a Level 2 or Level 3 in childcare and have experience working in a nursery or primary school setting. This school is rated 'Good' in all areas of Ofsted and has an extremely supportive Senior Leadership Team. The school caters for children from aged 3 - 11, and are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join there nursery room. The ideal

Requirements of Childcare Practitioner

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare
• Previous experience working in a primary school or nursery setting
• A stong knowledge of EYFS development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• The right to work in the UK
• Two professional references

Roles of a Childcare Practitioner

• Help to prepare and plan the classroom activities
• Work with children in intervention groups and 1:1's
• Help with the development of speech and language
