Children and Young Persons Nurse/Leading National Private Hospital

Daytime Healthcare are partnering with a private hospital in west sussex are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Children's Nurse to join our established nursing team in the Children and Young Peoples department. This role is a full-time permanent position.

Duties and responsibilities

• You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.


• Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.


• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.


• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.


• Promote best practice in health and safety and security.


• Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Who we're looking for

• You will be a Registered Nurse with no restriction on NMC PIN.


• Experience of working on a children’s ward


• Be used to working in teams with minimum supervision


• Child Protection level 3 training


• Paediatric Resus Training


• EPALS or equivalent
