Children & Families Social Worker

Are you a skilled and compassionate social worker driven to protect children and strengthen families?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join one of our Locality Teams in Clackmannanshire, working 28 hours per week on a hybrid basis. Your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in managing child protection and statutory cases while promoting the welfare of children and families.

We are seeking a confident and competent professional ready to take on challenging but rewarding work, ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of child protection and statutory cases.
• Undertake assessments and develop care plans focused on children's safety and well-being.
• Provide direct support and intervention to children and families.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• Membership of the PVG scheme.
• Significant experience in child protection and statutory case management.
