Children's Community Nurse

As a Children's Community Nurse, you will be:

• Providing direct nursing care to children in the community

• Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
\n
• Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
\n
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
\n
• Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
\n

The ideal Children's Community Nurse should have:

• Competency with IV therapies
\n
• A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty
\n
• Previous experience in a community nursing role
\n
• A valid driver's license
\n
