I am recruiting a deputy manager to join a children's home that specialises in supporting and caring for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
Contract Details:
- up to £45,000 DEO
- Full-time, permanent contract
Job Details:
- Children's Home Deputy Manager
- Joining the management team within an OFSTED-regulated home
- Support up to 4 young people
- Deputise as the manager in their absence
- Support with the management and recruitment of the staff team
- Support with budget control
- Manage and update care plans
- Ensure the home meets OFSTED and company standards
- Ensure each young person has access to bespoke, effective support
- Woodbridge, Suffolk based
Requirement Details:
- NVQ Level 3/4 in children and young people
- Deputy / Team Leader experience
- Driving licence
