Job:
- Children's Home Deputy Manager
- Joining the management team of an existing children's residential care home
- 4-bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
- Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
- Manage and update care plans
- Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
- Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
- Widnes based
Salary and Contract:
- £15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep
- 2 on, 4 off shift pattern
- Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- Senior or Deputy Manager experience
- Driving licence
