Job Details:
- Children's Home Manager
- Joining a brand new home, which is part of an existing children's residential care provider
- Registering with OFSTED as the manager of the home, responsible for the safe running of the service
- The home specialises in support for 1 young person with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED and company standards
- Manage staff team of Deputies, seniors and Support Workers
- Work with RI to safely manage and recruit staff, ensuring the home meets OFSTED and company standards
- Bradford based
- Full-time, permanent contract, + on-call duties
Pay Details:
- £45,000 - £60,000
Requirements to apply:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- OFSTED Registered Manager experience is essential
