Up to £65,000 per annum

Job Details:
We are currently seeking a Children's Home Manager to lead a children's residential care home in Oxford, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will collaborate with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the safe and effective management of the service, providing expert support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the residential care home, ensuring it meets all OFSTED standards and regulations
• Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home as the Registered Manager
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of a staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, working closely with the HR team
• Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
• Manage the service's quality assurance processes and ensure continuous improvements
• Oversee the service's budget, ensuring resources are managed effectively
• Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to drive operational improvements and positive outcomes for young people
• Provide on-call support as part of the full-time role (Monday to Friday)

Salary Details:

• Up to £57,000 per annum
• Bonus opportunities

Requirements:

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
• A strong commitment to improving outcomes for young people and maintaining high standards of care
