Children's Home Registered Manager – 3-Bed Children’s Home, Leicester

We are looking for a passionate Children's Home Registered Manager for our NEW 3-bed home in Leicester, catering to children aged 8-16 years with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
About the Role:As the Children's Home Registered Manager in this NEW Leicester 3-bed home, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Residential and Senior Support Workers using a therapeutic approach.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to help children thrive and develop independence skills.
- Manage the Ofsted registration process, budgets, and resources, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and professionals to meet each child's individual needs.

Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and care standards.
- Full UK Driving License and flexibility for on-call duties.
- Subject to enhanced DBS checks and a 6-month probationary period including Ofsted registration.
- Ideally - Experience in running a NEW home.
