Children's Home Manager Burnley
Up to £60,000
Introduction:
I have a fantastic opportunity to manage a children's residential care home, this role is open to experienced children's home managers and deputy managers. You will need to have a minimum of a level 3 in children and young people.
Job Information:

  • OFSTED Registered Manager
  • Managing a 4 bedded residential care home for children and young people
  • Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
  • Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Children are aged between 11-18
  • Full-settled staff team, to manage and develop
  • Work alongside HR to assist with recruiting and managing staff
  • Work with RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and can create positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Burnley based
  • Full-time permanent contract


Pay and Bonuses:

  • Package up to £59,500
  • Up to £45,000, + £14,500 in bonuses
  • £7,500 welcome bonus
  • Up to £5,000 OFSTED rating bonus
  • £1,000 qualification bonus
  • £1,000 occupancy bonus
