Job details:

• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Managing a new children's home, that was opened in March 2022
• The home specialises in OFSTED regulated support and care for children and young people
• The home is a 3 bedded children's home
• The home supports children and young people with EBD, LD and challenging behaviours
• You will work with RI to ensure the service is compliant and is fit to meet the home's statement of purpose
• The manager will manage, recruit, develop and supervise the staff team
• The manager will monitor and manage any safeguarding concerns
• The home is part of an organisation that provides specialist support for children and young people across the north west
• The service is based in Keighley, West Yorkshire

Salary and contract:

• Up to £45,000
• + bonuses
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday - Friday, + on-call duties

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Ideally management experience, but would consider deputies looking to take the next step up
