Details:

• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Joining an organisation that is well-established in the northwest, a specialist in providing residential childcare
• Managing a 4 bedded children's home
• OFSTED regulated service
• Supporting girls aged 11-17, who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation
• Work with RI and SMT to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people
• Work alongside the HR and recruitment department to help recruit, train, develop and manage the staff team
• Work with Deputies, Senior and Support Workers within the service
• Hebden-Bridge based
• Full-time, permanent contract, + on-call duties

Pay:

• Up to £52,000
• + £1,000 welcome bonus
• + up to a 10% bonus

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Deputy or Registered Management experience
• Driving licence
