Job Information:

• Children's Registered Home Manager
• Joining a well-established organisation that provides therapeutic support to children and young people within residential care homes across the northwest
• The home is a 5 bedded home, for boys aged 11-17
• The home specialises in support for boys with challenging behaviours and a history of EBD
• The home manager will work with the RI and HR department to manage, recruit, develop and train the staff team
• You will ensure the service provides company and OFSTED standard support to each young person
• You will ensure the home is set to provide positive outcomes for the young people within the home
• The home is based in Halifax

Salary:

• Up to £50,000
• + £2,000 in bonuses

Contract:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday - Friday
• + on-call duties

Requirements to be considered:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
