Job:
- Children's Home Manager
- Managing a children's residential care home
- Managing a new childrens home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Recruit and manage the staff team, ensuring all children are safe and supported at all times
- Hold OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring the home is meeting its statement of purpose
- Work with RI to develop and improve home where needed
- Manage home budgets
- Manage safeguarding issues
- Manage referrals
- East Midlands based
Pay:
- £45,000 - £60,000
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
- Driving licence
