  • Learning and Development: Our team supports all in-house training and regulatory qualifications. We have implemented a leadership and management programme to help staff progress, alongside a new therapeutic restraint training programme called +Proactive, which aligns with our therapeutic care model. All staff are therapeutically trained in-house to ensure compliance with our approach.
