Children's Residential Support Worker

Connect2SocialWork are looking for Residential Support Worker for a new 3-bed children's home in Leeds for our established client who provide high quality support for children.

BENEFITS AND SALARY

• OTE £30,000 + (based on an hourly rate and commitment to fixed-rate sleep-in shifts)
• 28 days paid holiday
• Monthly incentives

• Free access to a 24 hour, 7 days-a-week counselling service
• Full time hours@: 37.5 hours per week plus 2 sleep-in shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Due to OFSTED regulations, employees must be a minimum of21 years
• DBS on the update service
• Immediate start

Previous experience is not a necessity, although it is desirable, as full training is provided.
