Salary: �24,909 - �27,317 per year (pro rata)

About the Role

As a Secure Care Worker, you'll play a key role in guiding young people aged 10 to 17 through some of their toughest challenges. You'll provide care, stability, and a safe environment where they can thrive. Every day will be different, filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to create lasting impacts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Care & Emotional Support: Provide hands-on support to help young people navigate their unique journeys.
• Daily Activities: Engage in educational, health, and life skills activities to support their personal growth.
• Intervention or Activity Focus: Tailor your role to your strengths-whether it's working through challenges or organising activities that inspire and motivate.
• Be a Role Model: Show them that change is possible, one small step at a time.
